Roasted Curry Powder

Dark roasted curry powder has a unique, robust flavor due to the roasting of many different spices and herbs together, such as cardamom, Cumin, coriander, cinnamon, lemon grass, pan dan leaves and more. The earthy, nutty flavor of the curry powder derives from the addition of rice which also helps to thicken the curry naturally. This curry powder has many different health benefits as well, as the ingredients used has its own individual benefits such as aid with digestion, enhancing circulation and metabolism and much more.
