  • Ground Turkey

    1 lb
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Quick cooking oatmeal

    1/2 cup
  • Large egg

    1
  • Finely minced garlic

    2 cloves
  • Italian seasoning blend

    1 tsp
  • Salt

    1 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper

    1/2 tsp
  • Chili flakes (optional)

    1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Italian parsley

    1/3 cup
  • Spray oil for cooking
Healthy Turkey Patties

Instructions
Step 01
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients together and mix well.

Step 02
Measure even size balls either with you hands or with an ice cream scoop.

Step 03
Wet you hands with water and make the balls into flat patties.

Step 04
Heat a nonstick flat pan or griddle on medium heat.

Step 05
Spray with cooking oil.

Step 06
Once the oil is heated, cook the patties on both sides until golden brown.
